A. Definitions

The website – the online store operated by the company.

Business day – Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, Chol Hamoed, Memorial Days and Sabbath days.

The website is operated by the company and serves as an online store for selling home fashion products and clothing.

C. Registration and placing orders

The company may cancel an order in cases of lack of stock, technical failure or incorrect information.
D. Transaction cancellation and product return
Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, within 14 days of receiving the product.
A refund will be made to the original payment method.
Cancellations not due to a defect will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS - whichever is lower.
Products purchased on sale or with a discount code over 10% can be returned within 5 days.
Damaged, customized, or used products cannot be returned.
E. Supply and deliveries
The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when ordering.
Deliveries will be made through external shipping companies.
Delivery times will be detailed on the product page on the website.
F. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The warranty for products is in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions only.
The company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage, including due to incorrect use of the product, delays in delivery or malfunctions on the site.
