Returns and Exchanges Policy – De Apartment
At De Apartment, we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange a product – here is everything you need to know:
Product returns

Products can be returned up to 14 days from the date of receipt , subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

The product will only be returned if it has not been used , and is kept in its original packaging and in new condition as supplied.

A refund will be given to the same payment method used to place the order, after receiving the product at our warehouse and inspecting it.

In the event of a return not due to a defect in the product, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS will be deducted - whichever is lower, in accordance with the law.

The cost of return shipping applies to the customer.
Product replacement

You can exchange for another product (color/size) within 14 days of receipt , depending on available stock.

Exchanges will only be made for new products, in their original packaging, that have not been used.

The exchange can be made by sending the product to us by registered mail/courier, or by prior arrangement at the company's warehouse.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

End-of-season/SALE products purchased with a coupon discount of over 10% – can be returned within only 5 days .

Products that are made to order or custom made.

Lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, or any other item defined as "personal" by law.

Products that have been used or are not in new condition.
How do I make a return?

Send us an email to: info@joy-delivery.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return.

Return the item to the address provided in the email.

After receiving the item and confirming its integrity, we will send a refund or make an exchange according to your choice.
