Transaction Cancellation – De Apartment

We believe in safe and fair shopping, and therefore allow you to cancel a transaction simply and in accordance with the law.

Cancellation of a transaction according to the Consumer Protection Law

  • The transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product , or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document - whichever is later.

  • Cancellation must be made in writing via email to: info@joy-delivery.com , stating full name, order number and reason for cancellation.

Conditions for canceling a transaction

  • A transaction can only be canceled for new, unused products, in their original packaging and in good condition as supplied.

  • A refund will be made to the payment method used to make the transaction, within 7 business days of receiving the returned product and confirming its integrity.

  • In the event of cancellation not due to a product defect or incompatibility, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS , whichever is lower, will be deducted.

  • The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Exceptional cases in which a transaction cannot be canceled

  • Products that are custom-made or made to order

  • Items that have been used or have had labels removed

  • Items that cannot be resold for health/hygiene reasons (e.g. jewelry, lingerie, swimwear)

  • Items purchased on sale with a coupon discount of over 10% can be canceled within only 5 days .


How do you cancel?

  1. Send an email to info@joy-delivery.com with the following details: full name, order number, product description, and reason for cancellation.

  2. Wait for confirmation from us with return shipping details.

  3. After we receive the product in the warehouse and confirm its integrity, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item, depending on your choice.
